The Client is also responsible for obtaining any necessary consent and generally complying with all laws and regulations to which the Client is subject. De-identified data derived from Personal Information (or other information that may not be used to identify an individual) is not regulated by privacy laws, but this Privacy Policy explains how we may use it to improve the Service and for research purposes.
